Presenting progress and our mission values

Another milestone was reached on Monday 30th May as Garden Vets at Keele presented their vision and developments to date in front of key stakeholders and industry leaders. Kindly hosted by Harper Adams University, the evening provided an overview of the innovative business model being developed to begin the process of transforming the veterinary industry. This was followed by a series of presentations on the interlinked curriculum development being rolled out by the Harper Keele Vet School which will be taught in the shared building on the Keele University campus.

Following the presentations which were delivered by a number of our key individuals including the lead investors at Garden Vets at Keele, the newly appointed CEO Dr Sheldon Middleton and Dr Matt Jones, head of the Harper Keele Vet School, the audience were given the chance to question the plans and proposals.

Garden Vets at Keele has continuously presented its plans to several audiences both inside and outside the veterinary profession. There are bold aspirations being formed within the Garden Vets model. We cannot expect to improve the industry for the professionals who work within it, the animals we care for and the clients who will use us without being bold. However, by sharing our plans, seeking questions and feedback we hope to remain transparent and robust in our mission to disrupt and innovate the industry. Challenges are always welcome as they help ensure that we remain aligned with our values and mission statement.

The questions and answers continued into the evening more informally over wine and cheese culminating in what we hope was an inspired audience who will continue to engage with us and follow our progression.

We will continue to share our message and encourage people to engage with us and become a part of our journey. For more information and to remain up to date with our progress please sign up to our newsletter and follow us on our social channels.
