Our PetCare™ Plan provides year-round care for your companion animals, including everything from initial and regular health checks, routine care and treatments to emergency surgery, and everything in between. That includes 24-hour emergency care and surgery, all under one roof and included in your subscription.
We don’t just deal with emergencies – we want to be with you and your pets throughout their lives – providing support, trusted and reliable advice and information and so much more – all so your pets get what they need to live their best, happiest and healthiest lives.
Our Annual Vet Subscription Provides the Following:
Our all-inclusive PetCare Plan™ subscriptions, based on species and age-groups, provide for all veterinary medicine, surgery and healthcare services. They give access to the initial health-check, routine check-ups and vaccinations, as well as preventive care and other treatments that usually require insurance or are charged in addition elsewhere.
With dental care, diagnostics, 24/7 emergency and critical care, clinically advised procedures and surgeries, medication and more included, our extensive care services ensure your pet’s health is regularly monitored, and any issues are addressed promptly by our expert team. We can see you in person as often as needed, and we’ve introduced a range of other ways to connect with us, including the latest digital channels and apps.
We know that value lies in convenience and peace of mind – and that’s precisely what we offer. With an all-inclusive PetCare Plan™, you don’t have to worry about the cost of individual services or treatments. We will be making the best clinical and welfare decisions for your pets without the worry associated with money. This avoids unexpected expenses, including emergencies and out-of-hours services, allowing precise and reliable financial planning, better management of your pet’s healthcare needs and complete peace of mind.
Our approach and standards of care remove barriers to contact and access. This means avoiding problems, pain and discomfort, not just treating them. More frequent access means earlier detection, treatment and prevention, which all adds up to improved welfare and quality of life for your pets and family.
Again, we are not an insurer or broker – we provide veterinary services in our state-of-the-art veterinary teaching hospital, not finance or insurance services.
Your Vet Subscription provides all of these services, no matter what occurs during the plan period (12 months), and the price you pay will not change within this timeframe.
You are not tied into renewals for the next period, and the price you pay on renewal will be the same price for every other subscriber in the species and age category for your pet – there are no individualised prices resulting from any care you’ve needed along the way.

There’s no additional cost for the pay-monthly option, we’re just making it easier to budget – we don’t offer credit or charge interest or fees for monthly payments, just like other wellness plans you might be used to, but with so, so much more included. We’ll split the annual cost into 12 equal parts, ensuring that your budget is managed whilst making use of our extraordinary care experience, which means you can provide so much more for your pets without breaking the bank.
Plans for this species group are the equivalent of £28/month, meaning your annual plan would be just £336

Small furries covers a pretty broad church in the animal kingdom and it is important to be clear about who we can look after.
We’ll give you access to all the amazing benefits with our exclusive all-inclusive subscription plan. Plans are the equivalent of £16/month meaning your annual plan would be just £192 per year. You can enjoy the convenience and take advantage of our world-class services that cater to your every need.
We understand the importance of managing your expenses, which is why we are pleased to offer a flexible payment option. We’ll split the annual cost into 12 equal parts, ensuring that your budget is managed whilst making use of our extraordinary subscription experience.
*In veterinary, there’s a clear distinction in species which are ‘Small Furries’ and ‘Exotics’.
**Exotic pets have very specific needs and require specialist skills – and we’re not yet setup for this at our Garden Vets at Keele small animal teaching hospital.
***On subscribing, please be sure to check the list of species we can cater for, to avoid disappointment – it is really important to us that we have a really positive and clear relationship from the outset, and being clear about what we can and cannot do, using plain language and avoiding jargon, are all a part of our culture.

We know that some of our pets will already have some complex needs before wanting to join Garden Vets at Keele. However, even in these cases we want to do our best to give you access to all the amazing benefits with our exclusive all-inclusive subscription plan via our Complex Case subscription offer.
Like all providers of healthcare in any setting, having as much information about your pet is extremely helpful in making sure they get the care they need through every stage of their lives. In some circumstances, we may not be able to accept you and your pet on any of our subscription plans. If this happens, we’ll share the reasons for our findings and provide as much information as we can to help you get the best care.

***If your pet develops complex conditions during the subscription period, after the initial health-check and during your time with us, we’ll ensure they get the care they need and this will have no bearing on your plan.
